1. Rinse peanuts; Soak in water for 3 hours; Remove.
2. Rinse and cut spring onion into sections.
3. Add seasoning (2), spring onion and peanuts to a pot; Bring to the boil over a high heat; Simmer over a low heat for 1.5 hours; Remove.
4. Drizzle with seasoning (1). Ready to serve.
