1. Rinse hawthorn.
2. Rinse roselle; Tear into petals.
3. Rinse linquorice.
4. Add 600ml water into a pot; Bring to the boil over a high heat; Add all the ingredients (except rock sugar); Bring to the boil over a medium heat; Cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes; Cook over a low heat for 15 minutes; Add rock sugar; Cook over a low heat till dissolved. Ready to serve.
