5 potatoes (small), 10 strips of bacon (lean), 1/3 cup of sour cream.
PREPARATION :
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Rinse and cut potatoes into halves.
3. Roll each strip of bacon with halved potato; Fix with toothpicks.
4. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
