400g(0.88lb.) mushrooms, 2t oil, 4 cloves garlic, some red chili peppers.
SEASONINGS:
2t bay leave flakes, 1t lemon juice, 1/2t black pepper, 1/3t salt.
PREPARATION :
1. Rinse mushrooms well and slice.
2. Rinse red chili peppers and cut into sections.
3. Peel and rinse garlic; Grate.
4. Heat a non-stick pan with 2t oil; Add grated garlic and red chili peppers, and stir-fry until fragrant; Add sliced mushrooms and seasonings, and stir-fry until done. Ready to serve.
COOKING TIPS:
1. Quality garlic should have plump and large cloves without any sprout coming out.
2. If your fingers smell of garlic, rubbing them with lemon juice before rinsing in water with soap can help.
