1 pack of vegetarian squids, 2 pieces of cloud fungus, 1 stalk of coriander, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 red chili pepper, some celery.
SEASONINGS:
1/2T spicy board been paste, 1/2T sesame oil, 1t light soy sauce, 2t sugar, 2T Zhenjiang black vinegar.
PREPARATION :
1. Rinse and soak cloud fungus till soft; Chop finely.
2. Rinse and mince coriander; Peel, rinse and mince garlic; Seed, rinse and mince red chili pepper; Rinse, remove the leaves from celery and arrange the stems on a serving plate.
3. Rinse and cook vegetarian squids in boiling water for 6~7 minutes; Drain and arrange on the top of the celery on the serving plate.
4. Add seasonings, minced cloud fungus, minced garlic, minced red chili pepper and minced coriander into a bowl; Mix well.
5. Drizzle with the mixture from the step 4. Ready to serve.
