INGREDIENTS :
300g peanuts, 1 stalk of spring onion, 3 star-anises.

SEASONINGS:
(1) 1T sesame oil.
(2) 2 cups of soy sauce, 5 cups of stock, 5 cups of water, 1/2 cup of rice wine, 100g rock sugar, stewed mix (a cotton bag holding 1 piece of cassia bark, 2t sichuan peppercorns, 6 pieces of liquorice).
 
PREPARATION :
1. Rinse peanuts; Soak in water for 3 hours; Remove.
2. Rinse and cut spring onion into sections.
3. Add seasoning (2), spring onion and peanuts to a pot; Bring to the boil over a high heat; Simmer over a low heat for 1.5 hours; Remove.
4. Drizzle with seasoning (1). Ready to serve.
