10 fresh mung bean sheets, 38g salted portherb mustard, some large dried shrimps, 1 red chili pepper, 1t oil.
SEASONINGS:
2t sugar, 1/3 cup of water, some sesame oil.
PREPARATION :
1. Rinse and shred mung bean sheets.
2. Rinse and soak dried shrimps in water till soft.
3. Rinse and soak salted portherb mustard in water for 2 minutes; Drain; Mince.
4. Rinse, seed, and crisscross-cut the tip of red chili pepper.
5. Heat a wok with 1t oil over a high heat; Add dried shrimps and stir-fry till fragrant; Add seasoning and salted portherb mustard; Stir-fry over a medium heat till liquid has reduced; Remove; Add to mung bean sheet and mix well.
6. Refrigerate for a while; Garnish with the red chili pepper. Ready to serve.
