CUCUMBER WITH LILY BULBS SALAD

INGREDIENTS :
1 cucumber (young preferred), 1 pack of fresh lily bulbs, 2 red chili pepper, some salt.

SEASONINGS:
2.5T Zhenjiang black vinegar, 3/4T sugar,
2t sesame oil, 1/2t light soy sauce.
 
PREPARATION :
1. Rinse cucumber; Cut off the parts from both ends of the cucumber; Rub each end with each other few times; Throw away two ends; Cut the remaining into halves along the length; Pat briefly with the back of a knife; Cut into pieces; Marinate with a little salt; Squeeze out excess water.
2. Rinse lily bulbs; Cut off the yellow rotten part from both ends of lily bulbs; Tear into petals.
3. Rinse red chili peppers.
4. Add seasonings and cucumbers to a bowl; Mix well; Leave for a while until cucumber is flavorful; Add lily bulbs and red chili peppers; Mix well again. Ready to serve.

COOKING TIPS:
If lily bulbs steeped in the seasoning for too long, the light sweet fragrance would be covered up.
