1 tomato, 1/2 head Chinese cabbage, 1 pack of pickled cabbage heart, 1 can of twice-cooked spicy pork slices, 1 spring onion, 2 cups of stock, 1 cup of water.

1t salt, some ground white pepper.
PREPARATION :
1. Rinse and cut tomato into pieces; Rinse and dice spring onion.
2. Rinse and shred Chinese cabbage and pickled cabbage heart; Blanch in boiling water for 30 minutes; Remove.
3. Pour 2 cups of stock and 1 cup of water to a pot; Bring to the boil over a high heat; Add tomato, Chinese cabbage, pickled cabbage heat and twice-cooked spicy pork slices; Cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes; Flavor with seasonings; Garnish with spring onions. Ready to serve.
