1 papaya, 1.5 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of water, 2T lemon juice, 1T gulatin powder, 1 egg white.
PREPARATION :
1. Peel and seed papaya; Dice the papaya flesh.
2. Pour 1/3 water to a pot and bring to the boil; Add1/3 cup of sugar and 1T gulatin powder; Stir well.
3. Pour 1.5 cup of milk into a non-stick pan; Cook over a low heat till boiling; Turn off the heat; Add 1 egg white and stir well.
4. Add the milk mixture from the step 3 to the mixture from the step 2; Stir well.
5. Add 2T lemon juice and diced papaya to the mixture from the step 4; Stir well; Pour the mixture to a square-pan; Put in the refrigerator till condensed (about 3~4 hours); Remove and slice. Reday to serve.
