INGREDIENTS :
2 cans of coconut milk, 300ml milk, 3 mangos, 75g white sugar, 700ml water, 1 kiwi, some strawberry, some cream.
 
PREPARATION :
1. Peel and remove the seeds of 2 mangos; Add the mango flesh, coconut milk, sugar, milk and water into an electronic blender and mix well; Remove and put into the fridge till it has iced.
2. Peel and remove the seed of 1 mango; Dice the mango flesh.
3. Peel and dice kiwi; Rinse and remove the stem of strawberry.
4. Use a crushed ice machine to turn the ice from step 1 into smoothie; Stir with diced mango and diced kiwi; Garnish with strawberry and cream. Ready to serve.
