100g green beans, some common rue, some dried tangerine peel, 2 cups of grass jelly, 4 cups of water.
SEASONINGS:
(1) 100g white sugar.
(2) 2T honey, some mint.
PREPARATION :
1. Rinse green beans; Soak in water until soft.
2. Rinse dried tangerine peel; Soak in water until soft.
3. Rinse common rue and drain.
4. Pour 4 cups of water into a pot; Bring to the boil over a high heat; Add green beans, common rue and dried tangerine peel; Cook over a low heat for 1 hour; Remove; Sieve out the seed coats, common rue and dried tangerine peels.
5. Return the sweet soup to the pot; Bring to the boil over a high heat; Turn off the heat; Add seasoning (1) and stir well.
6. Rinse and dice grass jelly; Keep in the refrigerator until cold. Sever with sweet soup from the step 5 and seasoning (2).
